Terms & Conditions

  • All items are priced in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.

  • All our on-line prices are identical to prices as advertised in-store.

  • All orders are subject to a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the transaction.

  • All orders are subject to standard payment card security checks to ensure customer protection is upheld. It is at the companies’ discretion whether an order has passed these security checks and you will be notified of any delays in dispatch.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at ebbflo.gifts@gmail.com or on 07974477237. Your order will be refunded in full.

  • All payments made by Credit/Debit card are taken by Stripe, a secure online payment site that fully protects all credit card details given. We only have access to the payment amount as confirmed by yourself.

  • Payment can be made directly via our website via the following methods: VISA Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, JCB or Paypal.

  • The item(s) dispatched are our responsibility until they are delivered.

  • All accessory items will come with any presentation boxes/cases/bags as suitable for the product.

  • All earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • All underwear items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • In the event of any pricing errors, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order or proceed at the corrected full price.


How to return an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or give a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-removed labels. We will inspect the item(s) and will issue a refund or process an exchange on the day of receipt of goods. 

Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. 

NB: Due to Covid-19 lockdown restrictions you will need to contact us to arrange a drop off date & time.

Should you need to return an item by post, please first contact us at ebbflo.gifts@gmail.com or on 07974477237. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

In this instance please note that Ebb & Flo is not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.

We strongly recommend, for security, when sending items back you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.


If you receive an incorrect item

If you suspect that you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us by email or telephone. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.


Click and Collect

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email to let you know your order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection at Ebb & Flo, 2, The Old Bakehouse, 42a High Street, Portishead BS20 6EL. 


Collection Times: 

Wednesdays: 10am - 11am 
Saturdays: 10am - 11am 

For Wednesday Collection, orders must be in by 5pm on the Tuesday and For Saturday Collection, orders must be in by 5pm on Friday.
